I really enjoy following your account for fashion and travel – your photos are so beautiful, just like something from a gorgeous rom-com or holiday movie! I have always led a relatively healthy lifestyle and eat clean most of the time, however I feel I definitely need to improve my work/life balance as well as sleep and eating routine. I have just started following your suggestions of wellness and healthy habits, and already feel better for it! Today, I sat outside with my morning coffee in a lovely spot in my garden with my pup and it was the first time in a long time I can remember actually just being still and enjoying my surroundings. I look forward to continuing on this new pathway and am excited to be planning a little holiday this year as well (the first in a very long time).
