Le Chardenoux is a tiny historic cafe in the 11th arrondissement, marked by a marble marquetry bar and opulent ceiling frescos that echo a forrest canopy. One of celebrity chef Cyril Lignac’s delicious outposts, this restaurant is a perfect lunch or dinner destination for aesthetes and gourmands alike. Best known for their seafood (scallops and lobster rolls to be precise), we chose dishes with a slight Indian influence including the saumon en croûte d’épices et brocolis au sésame (AMAZING) and the mille-feuille. Both are not to be missed!
