I discovered this delicious salad recipe last summer while in London. Famed Israeli-British chef Yotam Ottolenghi has several eponymous cafes sprinkled across the city offering a mix of delicious salads and baked goods. After just one bite of this refreshing French bean, snap pea (“mangetout” in French), orange and hazelnut salad I was hooked. We make it 2-3 times a month at our house and I love the fresh flavor paired alongside everything from summer’s grilled steaks or even my scrambled eggs at breakfast. I think this salad tastes best cold so prep it ahead of time and stick in the fridge. (It’s also a great picnic salad as well!)
